Coach Bill has been training youth and High School players in New Milford since 2005. He has spent the last five years coaching along side professional coaches where the focus has been on proper technique and mechanics which ultimately results in improving the overall experience of his players. His teams have played and won tournaments up and down the East Coast.
Bill is passionate about preparing his athletes to compete at their highest level: High School, College, and beyond. He prepares his players by focusing on their physical, mental, and technical skills.
When Bill is not on the field he loves BBQ and spending time with his family.
Coach Curtis began his baseball career playing Little League and High School in Port Orchard, WA. Geoff played 1st Base, Pitcher and Out-Field for Taft College, Cal-State Northridge and Lew-Clark State College. He currently coaches for John Jay High School.
Coach Curtis loves everything about baseball; the people, the challenge, and strategy of the game. Geoff focuses his Kings Athletes on not only being better baseball players but better people with class and humility.
Coach Hackert is from Danbury, Ct and played for Fox Lane High School and SUNY New Paltz college. He has been coaching High School baseball at Fox Lane and Carmel for 21 years.
Coach Joe enjoys watching his players achieve things for the first time after putting in the hard work. Most of all, he teaches the life lessons that are learned from the great game of baseball.
His goals for his Connecticut kings players are for them to know more about the game of baseball then they knew when they woke up that morning. Also, for them to apply aspects of being a good teammate into the real world.
When Coach Joe is off the field he enjoys fishing and golfing.
Coach Jack played for New Milford where he won district, state, and regional championships. As a New Milford High School student Jack played three of his four years -losing his senior year to Covid. A Ct Kings alumni he won a championship while playing for Coach Matt Hart.
Coach Jack loves seeing success and improvement in his athletes. He is focused on each individual player‘s goals and is passionate about supporting them.
When he is not coaching or playing baseball himself he is working on his college education. Coach Jack also loves playing golf.
Coach Jeff played college baseball at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. Currently he teaches (K-5 Phys Ed) and coaches Varsity Baseball In Scarsdale NY.
Coach Weigel enjoys coaching because he loves watching his athletes grow- becoming better baseball players on the field and better people off the field.
His main goal is to teach his players about the overall great game of baseball and to improve their skill level. His goal is to make sure the boys leave the program better baseball players than when they entered!
When Coach Jeff Weigel is not on the field he likes working in his yard and spending time with his family.
